Advanced Deckhand Course

The Advanced Deckhand course includes wakeboarding, knee boarding and tubing. The focus is also on guest service relating to watersports at sea, i.e collision regulations, flags, correct PPE and best practice etc.

The course material also dives into more detailed subjects, such as product and crew management, rigging, Superyacht top coat finishes (spray and brush, fibre glass repairs, 3 different types of splicing, mooring operations of tenders and vessel, duties and responsibilities of senior crew members and how to advance from a junior deckhand and level up.
